Discover the pirates town Omiš
Underneath the Mosor mountain, located at the amazing canyon of the river Cetina you can find charming historical town Omiš. Once a pirate bay, today is a vibrant city with numerous historical monuments (fortress of Mirabela, Fortica fortress, remains of the Church of St. Euphemia …).
Omiš is 25 km south from Split. Rent a scooter and setup up for the adventure. Drive along the Dalmatian coastline and enjoy the spectacular sea view. On you way to Omiš, you can stop for a swim at Duće, a popular sandy beach with a beach bar.
