Rental details

We offer delivery and pickup of the scooter and equipment at your address in the vicinity of Split, Trogir and Omiš.

For details on delivery and the fastest service, contact us via e-mail info@soatrips.com or a WhatsApp message with your address, which scooter you prefer and the duration of the rental.

We will send you our proposal which includes price and delivery time as soon as possible.

General Condition

Minimum 16 years of age
Must be in possess of a valid driver’s license - A1 or A2 or A
Minimum 2 years of scooter driving experience required

Important notes

Reckless driving strictly forbidden, no driving on private property, abiding laws on traffic signs and safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client (guest) should cancel the booked scooter, all Client’s cancellations must be written and sent by e-mail. (info@soatrips.com)

The written cancellation date would be the basis for the compensation of cancellation costs.

• If the guest cancels the reservation more than 7 days prior to the scooter rental date, the agency refunds the full amount of the money paid.

• If the guest cancels the reservation within 2 – 7 days prior to the scooter rental date, the agency refunds half of the amount paid.

• If the guest cancels the reservation less than 2 days (48 h) prior to the scooter rental date, or doesn’t show up on the scooter rental day, the agency does not refund the money and keeps the entire amount paid.
