Important notes
- Reckless or excessive speeding strictly forbidden (especially for inexperienced riders)
- No driving on private property outside designated public roads
- Mandatory compliance with road safety laws and traffic signs
Cancelation Policy
If the Client (guest) should cancel the booked scooter, all Client's cancellations must be written and sent by e-mail (info@soatrips.com).
The written cancellation date is the basis for the compensation of cancellation costs.

More than 7 days
If the guest cancels the reservation more than 7 days prior to the scooter rental date, the agency refunds the full amount of the money paid.

2 – 7 days
If the guest cancels the reservation within 2 – 7 days prior to the scooter rental date, the agency refunds half of the amount paid.

Less than 2 days
If the guest cancels the reservation less than 2 days (48 h) prior to the scooter rental date, or doesn't show up on the rental day, the agency does not refund the money and keeps the entire amount paid.
